Who We Are?
We are the Morgan family farm, located in the picturesque village of Grintovec, in the heart of the unspoiled nature of Slovenian Istria. Our olive groves, surrounded by the authentic Istrian landscape, enjoy an exceptional position and conditions that give our olive oil its unique character.
In the late 1990s, we restored the historic olive-growing terraces and planted our first large olive grove – with the desire to create an oil that unites nature and human craftsmanship.
In the future, we aim to expand our offer, provide more tastings and tours, and share the authentic Istrian olive story with our visitors. Along the way, we will continue developing new products while maintaining the quality that is the heart and pride of our farm.

Franc – Head of the Farm and Grove Keeper
Franc is in charge of the olive groves – from tree pruning to overseeing the harvest and organizing the picking process. He is responsible for processing the olives into oil and managing all the farm work to maintain the high quality of the produce. His knowledge of olive-growing traditions and hands-on field experience form the foundation of the farm.
Silvana – Heart of the Home and Stock Manager
Silvana takes care of the stock of olive liqueur and preserved olives. She actively assists during tastings, ensures the space is well-kept, and helps organize events on the farm. Her warmth and friendliness make guests feel at home, encouraging them to return again and again.
Jenny – Marketing and Storytelling
Jenny is the new successor of the farm, representing Morgan Olive Oil to a wider public. She writes stories about the farm, manages the website and social media, and builds the brand’s visibility. She also handles accounting, explores new opportunities, collaborates with shops and restaurants, and develops long-term projects.
Ariana – Tastings and Inventory
Ariana ensures order and prepares the tasting area, especially when groups are scheduled to visit. She assists in guiding olive oil tastings and supports the team with storage and stock organization. With her energy and smile, she contributes to a pleasant experience for all visitors to the farm.
Borut – Technology and Quality
Borut is responsible for guiding groups during farm visits and for the olive harvest. He actively participates in processing olives into oil and oversees the operations in the mill, ensuring they run efficiently and with modern standards. He also takes care of olive protection, soil fertility, and analysis, constantly seeking new opportunities to improve the farm.
Marko – Sales and Development
Marko guides visitors and participates in olive picking. He is in charge of sales and ensures that products reach customers on time. He also organizes the submission of Morgan olive oils to domestic and international competitions, where they earn outstanding awards and gain further recognition in the market.
