We deliver orders via the delivery service Pošta Slovenije. Before delivery, the courier will notify you by phone using the contact number provided when placing the order.

If the order is paid by pro forma invoice, we will wait for the payment to be received before dispatching the order.

If you do not collect the package, you are required to cover the shipping costs in both directions.

You may return products without providing a reason within 14 days from the day you receive the items. We will refund the purchase price.
