Olives in brine – Pasteurized

Olives of the old Istrian variety Štorta, the most suitable Istrian type for preserving, are debittered using a traditional method and stored in brine made with unrefined salt from the Sečovlje salt pans. The olives have firm flesh and a pleasant, balanced taste. They are preserved in a mild brine.

Serve them with cold cuts or use them in dishes with olives.
