General Terms
The general terms and conditions of the Olje Morgan online store are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia, and international e-commerce codes.
The online store is an information system intended for presenting and selling products to users. It is managed by Franc Morgan – supplementary agricultural activity.
A user is a person who uses our system, meaning a customer in the online store.
By registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a username and password. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and gains the right to purchase.
These general terms regulate the operation of the Olje Morgan online store, the rights of users, and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

The provider issues an invoice on a durable medium.
Validity of offer and prices
Prices in the online store are final and valid only for orders placed online.
As the company is not a VAT payer, prices do not include VAT.
Invoices are stored at the company headquarters and are available upon written request.
Purchase procedure
How to make a purchase?
Add the product to the cart and proceed to checkout. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Order received
After submitting the order, you will receive an electronic notification. The order can be cancelled within one hour.
Order confirmed
The provider checks product availability and confirms or rejects the order. The customer is informed by e-mail about the delivery status.
Goods shipped
The provider prepares and dispatches the goods and notifies the customer by e-mail.
Right of withdrawal / returns
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The goods must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The provider must refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
Product defects
The defect must be reported within 2 months from its discovery.
The seller is not liable for defects after two years from delivery, except for defects that appear within the first six months.
Delivery time
Delivery time is 2–10 business days from the date of order.
Delivery
Orders are delivered by Pošta Slovenije.
If the package is not collected, the customer must cover shipping costs in both directions.

2–5 kg: 6.30 €
5–10 kg: 7.60 €
10–15 kg: 8.90 €
15–20 kg: 10.10 €
20–25 kg: 11.70 €
25–30 kg: 13.30 €
30–40 kg: 15.90 €
40–50 kg: 18.50 €
Orders over 100 € qualify for free delivery.
Cash on delivery fee: 1.70 €.
User conduct rules
Reviews are intended for sharing experiences. Insults, hate speech, or unauthorized advertising are prohibited.
Users are responsible for their own content.
Moderator actions
Moderators may remove content that violates these rules.
Security
The provider uses technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and orders.
Privacy
Personal data is protected in accordance with applicable legislation and used solely for communication and order processing.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints must be sent to info@olje-morgan.si.
The provider responds within 5 business days and strives to resolve disputes amicably.

All texts and images are the property of Franc Morgan or his partners and suppliers. Copying without permission is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Product information may change. The provider is not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect data entered by the customer.
Changes to terms and conditions
The terms may be amended due to legislation or business policy.
Changes take effect 8 days after publication, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
