Olives in brine – Pasteurized
Olives of the old Istrian variety Štorta, the most suitable Istrian olive variety for preservation, are debittered in brine by a traditional procedure with unrefined salt from the Sečovlje salt pans. The olives have firm flesh and a pleasant taste. They are preserved in mild brine.
We serve them with cold cuts or use them in olive dishes.
