They are based on indigenous varieties, primarily Istrska belica, complemented by Maurino, Leccino, Buga, Itrana, and other carefully chosen cultivars.
A special place belongs to the Štorta variety, from which we produce exquisite table olives. We are committed to organic (BIO) cultivation, and our olive oil proudly bears the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) label, confirming its authenticity and exceptional quality.
