Extra virgin olive oil Cuvée PDO
Extra virgin olive oil from Slovenian Istria is a type of olive oil of several varieties. In the foreground are Istrian belica, leccino and maurino, while the broad aromatics are supported by olive oils of some other varieties.
The taste of olive oil is fresh and fruity, strongly bitter and spicy and medium intense. It has a characteristic fruity aroma reminiscent of olive fruit, apple and fresh grass. Bitterness and spiciness are nicely balanced and combine the sweet almond taste. The oil is harmonious with a wide aromatic spectrum.
It’s a perfect condiment for pasta, rice, red and white meats, fish, minestras, vegetable soups and salads.
