Extra virgin olive oil is produced from the olive variety Maurino and has a milder taste and a softer aroma.
The smell of Maurino olive oil is reminiscent of cut grass, green apple and almond. It has the flavour of green apple and banana, and Mediterranean herbs.

It’s a perfect condiment for pasta, rice, with white meat, fish, minestrones, vegetable soups and salads.
