Extra virgin olive oil Blend

This olive oil is a blend made of the most common Slovenian varieties, called Istrska belica and Leccino. Its taste is fresh and fruity, with a distinctive bitterness and spiciness and a medium intensity. It has a characteristic fruity aroma reminiscent of freshly cut grass. The bitterness and spiciness are harmoniously distributed.

To pure extra virgin olive oil we add the flavour of white truffle. The oil still has the basic spicy olive oil taste with strong scent of white truffle.

Extra virgin olive oil Chili

We add the flavour of organic chili to our varietal olive oil. Thus flavoured olive oil is spicy and a mix of olive oil flavours and the spiciness of red peppers.
